Open the Bookings tab, find the appointment and tap Cancel. You can cancel one booking per day.

The deposit reserves your slot and is not refunded if you cancel — the shop turned other customers away for that time. If the shop cancels, or cannot serve you, your deposit is returned in full.

The shop checks their GCash and confirms it manually, usually within a few hours during opening times. If it is still pending the next day, email us with the reference number and we will chase it.

Pick a category, pin your location, and you will see only the shops that travel to your area. Prices include the travel fee, so nothing changes at your door.

You pay a 30% deposit plus the full travel fee to reserve. The rest is paid when the specialist arrives. They will message and call you before setting off.

Only the shop you book with, and only after your deposit is paid. Before that, shops see your barangay and nothing more.

Email us with your booking details. If the shop did not arrive, your deposit and travel fee are refunded in full.

Profile tab, then Delete my account. This removes your profile, saved address, photos and favourites. Past bookings are kept in a limited form for the shop's tax records, detached from your contact details.
